2. Who helps you?
Behind NextNest Relocations is me, Marie Sakellariou. I’m a French woman, a mother, and a lifelong traveler who has moved cities and countries more times than I can count. Like many expats, I’ve experienced both the excitement and the challenges that come with starting over somewhere new — learning how things work, navigating unfamiliar systems, and trying to create a sense of home again. My most recent big move brought me to Buenos Aires, this time with a young child, which gave me an even deeper understanding of what people truly need when relocating: clarity, reliability, and someone they can trust on the ground.
Having lived and adapted to different cultures throughout my life, I know how important it is to have guidance from someone who understands both sides of the journey — the one arriving and the one already settled. I speak five languages and have built a life across several countries, which has given me a natural ability to connect with people from many backgrounds and help them feel comfortable in unfamiliar places.
